Shipping policy

This policy explains how we deliver your Aureum London order.

 

1. Where we deliver

  • The United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

We may be able to ship to other locations on request. If you are outside the UK, please contact us first at hello@aureumlondon.com before placing your order, so we can confirm any restrictions and ensure that our products can be shipped safely to your destination.

 

2. Delivery options & charges

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.95
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £75

Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

3. Delivery times

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
  • We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but at busy times (such as Christmas or product launches) there may be slight delays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we may need to charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

 

5. Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at: hello@aureumlondon.com. We will work with you and our delivery partner to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

6. Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
