These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products (“Products”) through our website. By placing an order with Aureum London, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Aureum London (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK based business selling luxury candles and diffusers.

2. Placing an Order
2.1 The listing of Products on our website is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.
2.2 Your order becomes a binding contract once we send you an Order Confirmation by email.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Product Descriptions & Availability
3.1 We make every effort to describe our Products accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our goods.
3.2 All Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 Prices are listed in GBP and include all applicable taxes.
4.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on our website.
4.4 If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery information, costs and timeframes are set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
5.2 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery of the Products to the address provided.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Your rights to return Products are explained in detail in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6.2 We cannot accept returns of used candles or diffusers for hygiene and safety reasons.
6.3 Refunds will be issued in accordance with that policy.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
7.1 If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aureumlondon.com.
7.2 We may request photographs to help us assess the issue.
7.3 Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Your Responsibilities
8.1 By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are providing accurate information
- You are purchasing Products for personal use and not for resale
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.
9.2 We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control
- Losses arising from incorrect delivery information provided by you
- Indirect or consequential losses
9.3 Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, supply chain issues, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
